I know now that i'm addicted to absolute write. I spend far too much time on that website when I *should* be writing. I *should* be editing.
But i havent been, no sir. I've been lurking on AW, baking up a storm and watching too many scary movies for my own good. So i am scared all day and night to go around my house because that bad guy i watched in the movie (thinking i was safe during the day, lol) Just might be upstairs making all that noise. So i send the dog up ahead of me everywhere I go. LOL. I always thought...when i'm older, when i'm a parent, etc. I will get over that irrational fear of scary movies. But i didnt.
My mother is the same way i suppose. If the movie is scary enough, she will run and jump to get into her bed so no one can grab her feet from underneath. But i guess the movie people are doing their jobs.
And Mr. Bingley escaped from his cage today, had a nice little trip around my counters. Thankfully i found him and, as hes a very well behaved little boy, he went back into his cage with no issue whatsoever. Mr. Darcy was too busy feeding and gorging himself to even know their cage had accidently been opened. Oh, my little Darcy.
But i digress.
I used to be horifyed of Werewolves and werewolf movies. Which is why i started my writing and reading obsession with them, which led me to my paranormal "monsters" and now i'm obsessed. So tonight i will watch "An american werewolf in London/Paris". (i have both and am not sure which i'll watch just yet).
Movie on right now--"Black Christmas"
Music playing--"Welcome to the black parade"-My Chemical Romance
Reading--"The woman who walked into doors"
Writing--not. Should be.

I just love your new Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf logo.
Horror films don't have that scary effect on me but ghost films do. The Haunting, that kind of thing. And I'm 60 plus years of age - so figure that out. Guess I'm never going to grow out of this one.
I never could get enough of horror stories as a child and young adult. There was a series called the Pan Book of Horror Stories I, II, III, IV and so on. You can probably still come across tattered copies in charity shops etc. When a kid I used to read them under the sheets by torch light.
