So I have a delightfully embarrasing confession to make (aside from the obvious fact that I cannot spell). I am excited for monday because its the season premier of Gossip Girl.
and i know it takes away from me abit to like something so....cheesy and full of teenage angst and nonsense....its nonsense to me, anyway, because even growing up in some wealthy areas, i never knew anyone like these kids. Their hateful and devious and will rip you to shreds as soon as you turn your back. But maybe the towns i grew up in were too small and not gossip-ish enough. But I digress. I just love the show, and the book series werent so bad. I never meant to get into this series, it just sort of happened one night when whatever was on monday night was a repeate.
I've added 2,000 words to my novel, which is good, because there is always room to add more wc.
I've also recently had the urge to drag the movie "legend" out of the back of the shelf. I'm not a Tom Cruise fan in anyway shape or form....but i consider this movie before his crazyness. So it seems like it'll be a movie and writing kind of afternoon.
And I cant believe its friday...again...already. How does this sneak up on me always?

I like the new photo. Connor and you? Or is that your sister? Difficult to tell, the angle is different from the other photo.
Tom Cruise, now there's a tragedy, imo.
He is a fine actor, even a great one, I would say - or was. It's been difficult to tell for years now, as one can't help being distracted, when watching him, by the thought that this person may in fact be clinically insane.
He still pulls the crowds though. And of course the way scientology is growing he won't be needing the rest of us soon anyway.
I think it's all a bit sad. On the other hand one can't help wondering if followers of main stream religions are any less deluded than he is, or any of us are.
Religion is as necessary to man as shelter, fire, food, water, women and his delusions. Fewer people are more devout, elaborate and exclusive in their beliefs than the self-styled committed atheist.
Well done with extra 2,000 words.
And the blog.
Onward!
